Heather Beecroft CRA-RP
Hello, my name is Heather Beecroft. I am a trauma and violence informed Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master & Teacher, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward authenticity and personal growth. As a registered member of the Canadian Reiki Association and a mother of two wonderful teenagers, I bring empathy, real-life experience, and a passion for holistic well-being to my practice. I have close to 30 years of social work experience specializing in caregiver support, mental health and stroke rehabilitation. I enjoy camping, live music and reading.
My personal introduction to Reiki in 2016 was transformative and inspired me to pursue advanced training. In 2023, I completed the Usui Holy Fire ® III Reiki Master Teacher program deepening my understanding and commitment to this healing art. My practice is strengths-based and spiritually guided, ensuring a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment for self-exploration. I like to incorporate humour, when appropriate, to reduce stress and encourage relaxation, freeing you to have a renewed and enlightened perspective.I believe that everyone is born with innate abilities and wisdom, sometimes called our inner voice, wise mind, or higher self. In today’s overstimulated world, it is easy to feel disconnected from this inner guidance.
